am workout with the providence ronald mcdonald house running club, 9x400m in 3 sets of 4,3,2 with 1.5min, 1min, 30sec recoveries, went something like 85, 82, 79, 74... 82, 78, 75... 82, 74 just getting back into it. my legs had no power, and no efficiency lol but mostly no power lunch: no run because we had a maize genome project going out and there were some last minute issues
