Short-Term Running Goals:

Train for pacific crest trail thru hike 2017.

Run lots of miles and lose some weight in the process.

DON'T FALL OFF THE WAGON

Extend childhood (at least from fitness perspective) into my mid 40's

I want to beat my half marathon PR. And if I'm in shape to do that then I should be able to crush my marathon PR.

am workout with the providence ronald mcdonald house running club, 9x400m in 3 sets of 4,3,2 with 1.5min, 1min, 30sec recoveries, went something like 85, 82, 79, 74... 82, 78, 75... 82, 74

just getting back into it.  my legs had no power, and no efficiency lol but mostly no power
