8 "easy" miles. Running at all isnt very easy for me right now. Ive kept up exercise pretty well (at least compared to the general population) just not run much. I have biked, rollerbladed, lifted weights, at least 4 days a week usually more. But I have also really gained weight from overeating due to stress. At this point I have been dieting for a week and will take a baseline weight tomorrow morning so I can then track my progress. My breakthrough half marathon came when I was at pretty much the trough (ironic pun) of my weight curve which leads me to believe that if I can get my weight back there and keep a decent running schedule then I can run well. |
